You must reserve your date/time with a $29 booking deposit to hold your session. You can either do it online with the booking calendar– or send a venmo to angie-papanikolas after we discuss your date via email or phone. The remainder of the shoot cost is due the day of the session. You may pay venmo, paypal, cash or with credit card or debit card.
DATE CHANGES ONCE BOOKED
You may change your shoot date if you need, however, you must do this in advance of your shoot. Email or call me asap if this happens.
If you must cancel or reschedule close to a shoot, you must give a cancellation notice within 48 hours from the day and time of your shoot. You will not get back your deposit if you cancel less than 48 hours of your shoot unless in case of emergency.
I do prefer you try to keep your shoot date if possible, since I go between Los Angeles, CA & SLC for shoots and coordinate all of this, but I understand emergencies and bookings come up, and you may need to reschedule.
I do offer a 30-day money back guarantee for the booking deposit, so if you find within 30 days of reserving a shoot, that you need to cancel instead of reschedule, you can get a refund within 30 days of booking your date. If you cancel the shoot less than 48 hours of your shoot date, you will forfeit the deposit, and will be required to pay a new deposit to make a new date, unless in case of an emergency or an approved exception.
