I started shooting photography when my personal photo shoots (as an actor living in LA) just were not working like they should have! It was so frustrating! A few shoots (talking three to four shoots!) just didn’t produce strong results and were very frustrating! I didn’t get the strong and powerful shots I needed for my career and for marketing myself. So…fast forward years later.. and I am blessed with the gift of turning my frustration into my passion! I am a helpful, goal minded photographer for actors, models, creatives and business professionals & entrepreneurs! I would love to help you at you next photo shoot with whatever your goals may be!

My Session Style
I’m not the sort of photographer that just sees you at the shoot and Then Starts shooting
I put alot of love into my shoots and plan you a great session before the shoot has started. I spend time to get to know you, your work, your personality and your hobbies– to make the session more “YOU!” and so I can suggest looks that will help market you– incorporating the kind of shots you need– that we planned out based on your goals for the shoot in the first place. 🙂
CUSTOMIZED SHOOTS WITH Shoot Prep Sessions
I look forward to getting to know you and coming up with an amazing shoot plan for you! Every shoot I do is customized, because no one is the same! I care deeply about learning about you and getting you amazing photos and headshots for what you need them to do for your acting or modeling career, business or family portrait. I customize each shoot to get you results for your photo shoot, results that are unique for YOU. I love making the whole process fun & easy.
After we chat through phone, zoom, in person or email (if you prefer that way), I’ll make you a customized shoot plan. I will also send you a color mood board for flattering colors for you and that also still suggest the looks we are going for. I will recommend wardrobe and plan out matching locations to shoot you best. My process is we talk, I ask questions, you ask questions, I get to know you–and I plan it out for you. My whole process is Helpful, FUN, Relaxed, No-Stress Photo Shoots.

I offer full makeup for your photo sessions! I am a professional makeup artist with an expertise in beauty makeup, headshot makeup and on-camera makeup for photography and video. I have worked for ABC, NBC dateline, Radisson Hotels, Cirrus Luxury Aircraft, Ancient Nutrition, to name a few of my commercial brands that I have worked for. I specialize in photo makeup that flatters and brings out individual beauty, all with the fresh Hollywood trends for actors and models in mind.
I highly recommend adding on makeup to your shoot for the most professional results with your final photos.
A wide variety of makeup service is available for your shoots, whatever your needs are. As mentioned I specialize in beauty makeup and was on the Lancome Regional Artistry for over 10 years where I taught 1 on 1 Makeup Lessons and Beauty Looks to Women. I am the former owner of ‘Utah Bridal Makeup,” doing bridal makeup and more, and am a commercial makeup artist freelancer and a headshot makeup pro. I love and specialize in doing actor makeup for headshots, professional business headshot makeup, beauty looks, beauty makeup, the fresh clean makeup for print, and also more glam sessions for a more glam, pageant or personal glamorous signature look. I have over 20 years experience. Looks can range from classic actor sessions, commercial print, fashion, classic beauty, pageant glam, business headshots, soft glam, etc and we will discuss which you need for your shoot.

ABOUT ME AND HOW I FOUND MY PASSION OF SHOOTING
As an actor living in Los Angeles, I quickly found out the importance of the headshot, and it took me a long time to get a headshot that worked. As mentioned, I discovered major frustration of having a few “not so effective and not too cheap sessions” myself, which didn’t get me a great headshot that gave me more momentum or that captured me or my essence very well or get me a strong, industry headshot. How frustrating! But, it has turned into my PASSION of helping people to get wonderful, striking shots that show their vibe, & that can help open doors!
I truly care deeply about TRULY SERVICING MY CLIENTS TO GET THEM AMAZING PHOTOS–and I REALLY ENJOY THE WHOLE PROCESS, so it sets me apart as a photographer. In addition, I am a makeup artist of over 20 years and also provide makeup services. I am obsessed with clean, striking actor headshot makeup, beauty makeup, & natural makeup (hence I get hired often for the clean commercial look on commercials). I also hold a marketing Degree and I really enjoy using all of my skills to help get amazing photos for my clients!
